If suppliers insist on continuing to send invoices via email, "Meine e-Rechnung" also supports this. For a small fee, the platform converts these emails into one of the EN 16931 formats, making the invoice recipient e-Invoice-compliant.

If there is a desire to implement conversions between different approved EN 16931 formats, such as from UBL 2.1 to ZUGFeRD, "Meine e-Rechnung" also makes this possible.

According to GoBD, companies are required to securely store their invoices and make them accessible to tax authorities. For this purpose, the platform "Meine e-Rechnung" offers a specially secured digital storage space "Doku-Safe" that meets the following requirements:
